John Brandon has been a CGA since 1990 and has many years experience in strata and commercial property management. He is a familiar face to many in the community, and has served as a director for Giant Steps, is an active Rotarian and believes strongly in contributing to the community. Raised in Kamloops, John has a vision of prosperity and growth for the Region and actively works towards that end. He has the same vision for the company and his clients. John feels the company can only be as strong as it's integrity and dedication to providing professional, personal service. John's number one priority is protecting your investment.

Fran joined Columbia Property Management in 2005. She brings to the company many years of property and strata management experience and translates that experience into savings and valuable knowledge for the corporations she deals with. Licensed under the Real Estate Council of British Columbia, Fran is here to facilitate the smooth operation of your strata corporation.

Residential Management
Joining Columbia Property Management in 2006, Phil brought with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in residential property maintenance and repairs. He has completed his Residential Property Management Licensing and continues to provide our residential owners with the utmost protection of their investments. Phil recently completed the Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design Course enabling him to evaluate properties and provide suggestions on how to make areas safer and crime-free for residents.
